The Pioneer Strategic Forum remains a cornerstone of our commitment to partner engagement and leadership development. The 2025 Forum, themed “Pioneering Purpose: Leading with Intentionality. Planning with Purpose,” took place November 12–13 at Cedarville University. Designed for leaders across faith-based higher education, the Forum provided a dedicated space for reflection, collaboration, and strategic growth.
Through thought-provoking sessions and expert-led discussions, participants engaged with respected leaders including Jessica Mireles, Founder and President of JM Partner Solutions; Bart Caylor, President of Caylor Solutions; and Jessica Ryals and Jan Haas, Managing and Senior Partners at CFO Colleague. Their collective insights addressed topics ranging from leading with focus and intentionality, to leveraging emerging technologies, and evaluating financial and operational models with clarity and realism.
Participants were equipped to lead teams through change, align institutional goals with mission and identity, and develop clear, future-focused strategic plans. In addition to structured learning, attendees benefited from peer-to-peer dialogue and shared experiences that fostered meaningful connection. The Pioneer Strategic Forum reflects our belief that strong partnerships are built through intentional leadership, shared learning, and a commitment to purpose-driven excellence.
