<\/b>Our menu prices are based on current market conditions. We reserve the right to\nmake changes when necessary. Price quotations will be reconfirmed 60 days prior to the\nevent. Any events booked within 60 days will be billed as quoted.<\/li>\n<li><b>Cancellation: <\/b> On the rare occasion that a cancellation occurs, we will not bill for expenses if\nthe cancellation occurs three business days prior to the event. If cancellation occurs within\nthree business days of the event, you will be billed for any expenses we incur related to\npreparation for the event.<\/li>\n<li><b>Changes and Guarantees: <\/b> To ensure that your event is successful, all changes regarding the\nmenu, guaranteed guest count, and event arrangements must be confirmed three business\ndays prior to the event. If you do not contact us with a final guarantee three business days\nprior to the event, we will use your estimated number as your guarantee and charge\naccordingly. We will be prepared to serve as many as 5% more than your guarantee.
